EXTRACTION
RATE SALE
The extraction rate scale is used in order to weigh different products in the flour mill. By measuring the incoming wheat and the products, the extraction rate and milling capacity can be calculated.
AYRK Extraction Rate Scale
This information can be viewed on the machine or on the central computer. Hourly, daily and weekly reports and graphics are available. There are pneumatic gates on top and at the bottom of the machine. At first, the top one opens and the product starts to fill the machine. The loadcells measure the product and when it reaches the defined weight, the gate closes and the bottom gate opens in order to discharge the product.
