In flour mills, the automatic tempering machine is used for accurate tempering of the wheat.
AYOT Automatic Tempering Machine
When the wheat enters the machine; the flow rate, humidity, temperature and specific weight are measured. The PLC unit on the machine calculates the required amount of water with respect to the predefined humidity and releases water automatically.
